One choreographer who we’ve been watching recently is Christine Hassid.

Hassid began her career in classical, modern, and jazz as a child in Bordeaux, France. After studying the techniques of Limon, Cunningham and Graham, and working with several choreographers, she joined the Batsheva Dance Company Junior in Tel Aviv, Israel, directed by Ohad Naharin.

In her many years in dance, Hassid has performed in, and choreographed for, productions around the world. Now, along with giving workshops, she devotes much of her time to developing her own choreography.

We’d like to thank Hassid for sharing her work with us, and, in turn, we’d like to share it with you!

You can find videos of Hassid’s work by visiting her YouTube page under her profile name totocheromana.
